Newport Corporation, a global specialist in high precision motion and photonics solutions, is introducing vacuum-compatible versions of its MTN Series of mid-travel steel linear stages. All MTN vacuum stages are equipped with stepper motors designed for vacuum environments and have been tested for vacuum levels down to 10-6 hPa. They are available with 100, 200 or 300 mm travel length and are fully compatible with Newport’s XPS and ESP301 motion controllers.
Newport’s MTN series linear stages feature all-steel construction for excellent stiffness, thermal stability and high load capacities up to 100 kg. All vacuum-compatible MTN stages are equipped with anti-migration ball cages for higher reliability and electroless, nickel-plated base plates for easy table top mounting.
