Laser Components announced a new eye-safe 1535nm passively Q-switched laser module. Offering pulse energy up to 300uJ with 5ns pulse width, these modules are super compact and light weight, making them ideal for handheld range finder applications.
Pulsed laser diodes are designed to be overdriven for short periods, enabling very high peak power output for a short duration. Laser Components offersthese as discrete components or modules and can also offer collimating lenses, bandpass filters and fibre pigtailed options.
