OptoTech offers a selection of exclusive, high quality 60mm OptoTech reference spheres (see chart) with a standard accuracy of λ/10 and λ/20. The reference spheres cover test objects well into the working range of classic 4" interferometers and always offer you the right solution for your measuring task.

The OWI Desktop 60mm comes up with a high quality OptoTech Inspect Mini EL-F digital interferometer module and can optionally be equipped with fringe analysis software for most convenient measuring: static (Fringe OWI) or phase-shifting (µShape OWI).
