Sill Optics GmbH announces a change in management: Effective April 1, 2025, Dr. Guido Bonati will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The previous CEO, Christoph Sieber, has decided to pursue new professional challenges outside of Sill Optics after many years of successful company management.
Christoph Sieber has skillfully steered Sill Optics since 2011. Under his leadership, investments have been made in cleanroom technology and the management team has been expanded in recent years. "I am proud of what we have achieved together. The Sill Optics team is highly competent and will work intensively on innovations together with my successors," explains Christoph Sieber.
With Dr. With Bonati, Sill Optics gains an experienced leader who is ideally suited to the challenges ahead. The engineer with a doctorate has held various management positions in the optics industry over the past 30 years, most recently as CTO and Head of R&D at FISBA AG. He will use his extensive technological expertise from his previous roles to strengthen Sill Optics' position as a leading manufacturer of precision optics for laser applications, expand technology development, and drive strategic momentum into new target markets. "I'm looking forward to this new professional challenge. I will work with great commitment, together with the management team and employees, to achieve our corporate goals," says Dr. Guido Bonati.
