Laser manufacturer Luxinar is proud to be co-exhibiting with new partner Iradion Laser for the first time at LASER World of PHOTONICS (LWoP) in Munich, Germany. From June 24 to 27, 2025, both companies will showcase how their combined application expertise and product portfolio are engineered for longevity on stand B3.327.
Luxinar and Iradion provide patented CERAMICORE® and advanced sealed metal tube lasers from a comprehensive 25-1000W CO 2 laser portfolio, including pulsed and CW systems, and a short pulse and ultrashort pulse laser product range to address a wide range of processing needs.
CO 2 lasers – different technologies, more application opportunities
Iradion will display the latest Eternity and Infinity models in its patented CERAMICORE® range, which provides guaranteed maximum power, superior beam quality, and long-term reliability.
The water-cooled Eternity CO 2 laser source from Iradion delivers unparalleled power, exceptional stability, and maximum efficiency in the most compact 30-60W design available; this guarantees peak performance with an unmatched size-to-power ratio.
The fan-cooled Infinity is scalable and modular for easy integration into new or existing systems. Because the footprint, beam specifications and laser operation are nearly identical, integrators, OEM equipment builders and users experience lower operating and maintenance costs.
Luxinar will showcase its OEM 100iX sealed CO 2 laser, the highest-power laser in its product portfolio, providing higher speeds and increased productivity for industrial processing applications. This 1kW laser incorporates a durable RF-excited slab laser design with the latest leading-edge technologies.
Luxinar pulse technology offers high peak power and a collimated beam, and several models are IP66-rated to withstand humid and harsh environments. The range is ideal for processing textiles, paper, glass, wood, thin sheet metal, plastics and composite materials in the automotive, e-mobility, energy storage, food, packaging & labelling, plastics and textile industries.
Ultrashort and short pulse lasers – next-generation power levels
A higher-power version of the Aionis femtosecond series focuses on scaling up the average power and pulse energy and shortening the pulse duration (< 400fs). The Aionis offers enhanced precision for the semiconductor and glass (brittle material) industries and is used for through glass via (TGV) processing, among others.
Iradion has expanded its Vivio DPSS nanosecond laser series with an increased power and pulse energy UV wavelength (355nm) model. Using unique PULSECORE technology, the Vivio has the most precise and fastest pulse energy control at the best pulse-to-pulse stability and is ideal for wafer marking in the semiconductor industry and PCB processing and IC packaging in the electronics industry.
