Coractive, maker of specialized optical fibers, announced the appointment of Michael Yang as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Michael Yang brings 20 years of management experience to Coractive, having worked at GfK as the National General Manager and at Amazon as Category Lead. Mr. Yang also worked for companies such as Dell and Siemens.
Commenting on the appointment, Yang said, “I am delighted to join the Coractive team, and sincerely appreciate the trust and support from the Board of Directors. Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on enhancing business's performance and building a united team. I really enjoy exploring opportunities for business growth in complex market changes, and I am also willing to lead my team to face and solve the problems faced by the company’s business development.”
Yang succeeds Dr. Jean-Noel Maran, who dedicated over 15 years to the company. He served as CEO for more than three years, leading Coractive through a period of significant transformation and we extend our gratitude for his significant contributions.
Yang is committed to the culture of innovation and will drive Coractive’s continued growth. The Coractive team is excited to embark on this new chapter.
