Laser Components offers a range of conversion screens and cards for both high- and low-power applications, over discreet wavelength ranges from 400 nm to 20 um. Their latest addition to the range, the LDT-007BN, is suitable for the detection of low- and medium-power infrared light from IR laser diodes, low power Nd:YAG lasers and IR LED. There is no need to optically charge the phosphor, and it will not lose its sensitivity to stimulation with use. There is a constant light output for a steady input, and it will detect IR light at intensities as low as 8uW/cm2 at 1064 nm.
Stimulation range is between 700 nm and 1400 nm, and the visible emission is orange/red in color (approximately 654 nm). The compact, credit-card-style design features an active area of 45 mm x 25 mm. The LDT-007BN is usually available for immediate dispatch from stock.
