Deposition Sciences, Inc. (DSI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin, announces the appointment of Joseph (Joe) M. Massinello as the new business services manager. Mr. Massinello has 28 years of extensive business operations management experience including financial analysis, research programs, project planning and management, manufacturing operations, contractual management, and extensive Six Sigma facilitation experience, all supporting government and commercial programs at Lockheed Martin.
Mr. Massinello has a BA in Management from Eckerd College (St. Petersburg, Florida) and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology (Melbourne, Florida). He has also successfully achieved Six Sigma Black Belt, a Lockheed Martin Black Belt Certification program.
Deposition Sciences specializes in high-temperature optical coatings, including seamless LPCVD (low pressure chemical vapor deposition) filters on complex or spherical substrates and high laser damage threshold (high-LDT) coatings for use in laser and other high-energy systems. DSI is also recognized for its solution-oriented customer service, utilizing three different optical coating platforms, plus wafer patterning and photolithography capabilities for military, aerospace, industrial, energy, imaging, and commercial applications.
