Laser Components USA, a specialized provider of laser and optoelectronic components in the US and Canada, announced that its supplier CODIXX has achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification for the development, production and sales of polarizers. The certification is a renewal and improvement from the previously obtained ISO 9001:2008 standard.
ISO 9001 is an internationally agreed standard for quality management. It helps organizations meet customer and regulatory requirements in a consistent and efficient way. To transition to the 2015 revision, CODIXX was audited by TÜV-Nord CERT, an accredited certification body. Individual business processes, document control, and management were reviewed with a greater emphasis on risk-based thinking and leadership when compared to the previous standard.
CODIXX’ dichroic glass polarizers are exclusively available in North America through Laser Components USA since 2004.
