SpectraPro HRS 300

Princeton Instruments introduced its SpectraPro HRS-300, which is engineered to deliver both the outstanding spectral resolution and the astigmatism correction needed for advanced microspectroscopy and multichannel fiber applications.

This 300 mm imaging spectrograph’s optical performance is further optimized via ResXtreme, an exclusive new spectral deconvolution technology from Princeton Instruments that is provided with every SpectraPro HRS. ResXtreme can improve spectral resolution, peak intensities, and consistency across the 2D focal plane by as much as 60% with the push of a button.

The SpectraPro HRS affords researchers truly unrivaled experimental versatility. Dual exit ports, each with a full 30 mm focal plane, permit mounting and operation of two array detectors (which could include any of Princeton Instruments’ CCD, EMCCD, ICCD, sCMOS, or InGaAs detectors) or enable the instrument to operate as both a monochromator and a spectrograph. Every SpectraPro HRS can also utilize as many as three interchangeable triple-grating turrets and includes Princeton Instruments’ exclusive AccuDrive, a new grating drive system that yields significant improvements in wavelength accuracy and repeatability over previous scan systems and increases grating-to-grating wavelength precision to sub-pixel repeatability.

SpectraPro HRS applications include Raman spectroscopy, photoluminescence, fluorescence, LIBS, plasma diagnostics, transmission, absorption, and microspectroscopy, among others. SpectraPro HRS spectrographs are supported by Princeton Instruments’ powerful 64-bit LightField imaging and spectroscopy software.
