For applications in fibre laser technology, telecommunications and spectroscopy, 1064-nm single-mode diodes supplied by Laser Components provide a brightness, quality and reliability.
These laser diodes are available with output powers of either 200 or 300 mW from a single emitter chip and exhibit typical linewidths of 0.5 nm (FWHM). Single-mode chips are also available at wavelengths from 785 nm to 1064 nm.
The design associated with these chips give them unmeasurable degradation, according to the manufacturer, making them suitable for long-term OEM components in larger subsystems.
Packaging options include a 9 mm TO can or C2 2.1 mm chip on sub-mount package. Other packaging options are available upon request.
