The company has refined its manufacturing process while meeting the highest quality standards and significantly improving delivery times, from small custom orders to high-volume production runs up to 100,000 parts per month. The newly installed PR Hoffman polisher ensures production of high-volume components with tighter tolerances and superior surface quality on substrates such as Fused Silica, BK-7, and other materials. The new diamond wire saw improves material preparation while reducing lead times and increasing the company’s production capacity. These recent equipment acquisitions enhance efficiency and ensure the highest level of precision in optical component manufacturing.
