PD-LD Inc., a specialist in Volume-Bragg Grating (VBG) technology, named Richard J. Capalbo and Uri Abrams as new members of its Board of Directors.
Capalbo, the principal at Richard Capalbo Enterprises LLC, a Los Angeles, California (US) consulting firm specialising in bringing access to all aspects of the Financial Service Industry to corporations, had been working with PD-LD’s executive management in an advisory capacity since 2006. As a new Board of Directors member at PD-LD, he replaces David Rynne.
Abrams, the president of PD-LD and a newly appointed Board of Directors member, brings the board’s size to six members.
PD-LD also announced the following changes to board committees: Richard J. Capalbo has joined the Audit committee, replacing David Rynne.
