Rochester Precision Optics (RPO) has announced the promotion of Mark Heeks to director of operations program management. Reporting to the vice president of operations, Heeks will oversee the development and management of the company’s operational programs and lead a team of program managers.
Heeks originally joined the company in 2011 as a program manager. Most recently, Heeks was responsible for program management of all defense imaging and international consumer electronics programs.
Heeks received a bachelor of science in chemistry from SUNY Albany and a master of science in chemical engineering from the University of Rochester.
