Luxinar, a leading innovator in CO2 laser solutions, presents its OEM and SR series designed for enhanced flexibility and production efficiency at LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA, booth 5315, Shanghai, 11-13 March 2025.
On its stand, Luxinar demonstrates its cost-effective solutions for material processing using CO2 laser sources. Samples from the fashion, labelling & printing, cultural & creative, 3D printing, automotive, 3C electronics and medical industries are just some of those on display.
SR 08s / SR 15s / SR 15i / SR 15x – Watertight laser technology
The smallest SR series model, SR 08s, has power up to 80W. Like all the SR series, it has an integrated RF power supply and is hermetically sealed, making it ideal for the harshest industrial environments; it will withstand dust, heat and water spray.
The SR 15i is Luxinar’s standard 175W SR series sealed CO2 laser source, the 175W SR 15x 9.3µm is a higher average power version of the SR 15i 9.3µm and the 160W SR 15s has an increased duty cycle to ensure a stable output power, ideal for kiss-cutting and engraving applications.
SR 10 AOM – Cutting-edge quality
The 9.3µm 75W SR 10 AOM is a sealed CO2 laser source with an acousto-optic modulator that improves edge quality in high-precision thin film-cutting applications that demand minimal heat-affected zones (HAZ). The AOM creates optical rise and fall times of less than 1µs to minimise unnecessary heat energy during processing compared with typical CO2 pulse rise/fall times of approximately 60µs; this creates a sharper cut with a reduced HAZ.
OEM 45iX/ OEM 65iX/ OEM 100iX – Power for your processing
Luxinar will also feature its OEM series of OEM 45iX (power output up to 450W), OEM 65iX (power output up to 650W) and OEM 100iX (power output up to 1000W) sealed CO2 lasers. The range provides seamless integration into industrial processing production lines and an integrated RF power supply, enabling the laser to generate short optical pulses with high peak power or quasi-CW output. They operate safely across a wide range of pulse widths and frequencies, including through acoustic regions and a broad range of coolant temperatures. The OEM series is ideal for processing textiles, paper, glass, wood, thin sheet metal, plastics and composite materials in the automotive, e-mobility, energy storage, food, packaging & labelling, plastics and textile industries.
“We're thrilled to display our range of CO2 lasers and applications again at LASER World of PHOTONICS CHINA,” said Baldwin Ding, Regional Managing Director (China). “Our partnership with Iradion expands the company’s sales and service capabilities, offering a wider choice of laser sources, applications and customer support.”
